POLICIES 

At Oh So Connie Skin, we value your time and ours. To provide every client with the best experience, please review our policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling a service, you agree to the following:

Booking & Deposits

•    Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

    •    Deposits will be applied to your total balance at the time of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

•    We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

    •    If you cancel an appointment that required a deposit, the deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled service. If you cancel an appointment without rescheduling, you forfeit your deposit.

    •    No-call, no-show clients may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments.

Late Arrivals

 •    Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. First time clients is suggested to arrive 5 mins early before the appointment.

    •    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

Health & Safety

 For the safety of our staff and clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, contagious conditions, or have open wounds in the treatment area. We reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health or safety.

Client Etiquette

 •    Please silence cell phones during services to maintain a relaxing environment.

    •    Only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment area.

•    When arriving to your appointment, you will be asked to take your shoes off to keep our floors clean
