POLICIES 

At Oh So Connie Skin, we value your time and ours. To provide every client with the best experience, please review our policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling a service, you agree to the following:

First Time Clients

•    Please arrive on time to ensure you your full service. First time clients is suggested to arrive 5 mins early before the appointment.

Late Arrivals

•    

At Oh So Connie Skin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience of your service.

 

Grace Period

 

  • All clients receive a 10-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time.

 

 

15 Minutes Late

 

  • At 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your remaining service balance.

  • This applies with or without communication.

 

 

20 Minutes Late

 

  • At 20 minutes late, it is at my discretion to:

    • Continue the service (time may be shortened),

    • Reschedule the appointment, or

    • Cancel the appointment entirely, depending on the workflow for that day.

  •  

 

 

No Communication at 20 Minutes

 

  • If no communication is received within 20 minutes of your appointment time, 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file.

 

 

Please Note

 

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened services to respect the next client’s appointment.

  • Repeated lateness may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.

No Call/ No Show

 

Your time is valuable—and so is mine. A No-Call, No-Show disrupts the business and takes away availability from other clients.

 

What Is Considered a No-Call, No-Show

 

  • A No-Call, No-Show occurs 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time with no communication.

 

 

First No-Call, No-Show

 

  • The full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file.

 

 

If the Card Declines

 

  • If the charge does not go through, the unpaid balance becomes a mandatory outstanding balance.

  • You will not be permitted to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full.

 

 

Future Booking After a No-Call, No-Show

 

  • Once the outstanding balance is paid:

    • The client must pay two deposits to book again:

      • One deposit toward the previous missed service

      • One deposit toward the new service​

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

 

Please Note

 

  • Repeated No-Call, No-Shows may result in permanent loss of booking privileges.

Health & Safety

 For the safety of our staff and clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, contagious conditions, or have open wounds in the treatment area. We reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health or safety.

Client Etiquette

 •    Please silence cell phones during services to maintain a relaxing environment.

    •    Only clients receiving services are permitted in the treatment area.

•    When arriving to your appointment, you will be asked to take your shoes off to keep our floors clean
