Service Description
Treat yourself to the ultimate self-care day with this full-body, full-glam experience designed to leave you glowing, grounded, and totally refreshed. This 4-hour service is the perfect blend of beauty and relaxation, bringing spa luxury straight to you. This package includes: • Advanced or Signature Facial – A customized facial treatment tailored to your skin’s needs, using professional-grade products to deeply cleanse, treat, and hydrate. • Back Treatment – Target congestion and dryness on your back with a deep-cleansing and exfoliating treatment, complete with mask and hydration. • Full Body Massage (90 min) – Melt into total relaxation with a full-body massage enhanced with hot stones and calming aromatherapy. • Hand & Foot Hydration Ritual – Includes exfoliation, massage, and a warm paraffin wax dip to leave your hands and feet silky soft. • Scalp Massage with Nourishing Oil – A deeply relaxing scalp treatment to release tension and nourish hair. • Brow Shaping or Tint – Add a polished touch to your look with professional brow grooming or tinting for definition. • Finishing Touch – A complimentary glass of wine or herbal tea, light snack, and grounding moment to close out your experience.
Cancellation Policy
At Oh So Connie Skin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience of your service. Grace Period All clients receive a 10-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. 15 Minutes Late At 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your remaining service balance. This applies with or without communication. 20 Minutes Late At 20 minutes late, it is at my discretion to: Continue the service (time may be shortened), Reschedule the appointment, or Cancel the appointment entirely, depending on the workflow for that day. No Communication at 20 Minutes If no communication is received within 20 minutes of your appointment time, 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. Please Note Late arrivals may result in shortened services to respect the next client’s appointment. Repeated lateness may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings. No Call/ No Show Your time is valuable—and so is mine. A No-Call, No-Show disrupts the business and takes away availability from other clients. What Is Considered a No-Call, No-Show A No-Call, No-Show occurs 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time with no communication. First No-Call, No-Show The full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file. If the Card Declines If the charge does not go through, the unpaid balance becomes a mandatory outstanding balance. You will not be permitted to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full. Future Booking After a No-Call, No-Show Once the outstanding balance is paid: The client must pay two deposits to book again: One deposit toward the previous missed service One deposit toward the new service Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please Note Repeated No-Call, No-Shows may result in permanent loss of booking privileges.
