Service Description
Our Content Brows service includes a brow lamination and tint to shape, define, and enhance your natural brows for a fuller, polished look. This special promotional service is offered at a discounted price in exchange for allowing us to record the process and capture photos to showcase our work on social media and marketing platforms. Your appointment may include short video clips and before-and-after photos highlighting the brow transformation. You can customize your service with the following upgrades: • Brow Cleanup – $5 Removes stray hairs for a clean, sculpted finish. • Henna Brows – $8 Upgrade your tint to henna, which stains both the hair and skin for a more filled-in brow look that lasts longer. • Halal Brows – $10 Includes bleach, brow lamination, and tint to brighten, lift, and define the brows for a softer, dimensional result. Perfect for dolls who want fluffy, defined brows while being part of the Oh So Connie Skin content experience. ✨
Cancellation Policy
At Oh So Connie Skin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience of your service. Grace Period All clients receive a 10-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. 15 Minutes Late At 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your remaining service balance. This applies with or without communication. 20 Minutes Late At 20 minutes late, it is at my discretion to: Continue the service (time may be shortened), Reschedule the appointment, or Cancel the appointment entirely, depending on the workflow for that day. No Communication at 20 Minutes If no communication is received within 20 minutes of your appointment time, 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. Please Note Late arrivals may result in shortened services to respect the next client’s appointment. Repeated lateness may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings. No Call/ No Show Your time is valuable—and so is mine. A No-Call, No-Show disrupts the business and takes away availability from other clients. What Is Considered a No-Call, No-Show A No-Call, No-Show occurs 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time with no communication. First No-Call, No-Show The full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file. If the Card Declines If the charge does not go through, the unpaid balance becomes a mandatory outstanding balance. You will not be permitted to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full. Future Booking After a No-Call, No-Show Once the outstanding balance is paid: The client must pay two deposits to book again: One deposit toward the previous missed service One deposit toward the new service Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please Note Repeated No-Call, No-Shows may result in permanent loss of booking privileges.
