Service Description
The Skin Strategy Duo is a same-day consultation + facial experience designed for first-time clients or anyone ready to take their skincare seriously. This service allows us to fully understand your skin before creating a personalized treatment plan. The service begins with a 20-minute in-depth skin consultation, where we’ll discuss your skin concerns, goals, lifestyle, health factors, and current or future product usage. This time is focused on education, clarity, and building a customized skincare roadmap just for you. Following the consultation, you’ll receive a 30-minute First Initial Facial. This facial is intentionally curated to introduce your skin to our professional products, assess how well your skin responds, and test sensitivity levels while still providing visible results and relaxation. ✨ Ideal for new clients ✨ Perfect for sensitive or reactive skin ✨ Builds the foundation for your future treatments This duo sets the tone for your skincare journey by combining expert guidance with a gentle, results-driven facial—so we can treat your skin the right way from the very start.
Cancellation Policy
At Oh So Connie Skin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience of your service. Grace Period All clients receive a 10-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. 15 Minutes Late At 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be added to your remaining service balance. This applies with or without communication. 20 Minutes Late At 20 minutes late, it is at my discretion to: Continue the service (time may be shortened), Reschedule the appointment, or Cancel the appointment entirely, depending on the workflow for that day. No Communication at 20 Minutes If no communication is received within 20 minutes of your appointment time, 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. Please Note Late arrivals may result in shortened services to respect the next client’s appointment. Repeated lateness may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings. No Call/ No Show Your time is valuable—and so is mine. A No-Call, No-Show disrupts the business and takes away availability from other clients. What Is Considered a No-Call, No-Show A No-Call, No-Show occurs 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time with no communication. First No-Call, No-Show The full amount of the service will be charged to the card on file. If the Card Declines If the charge does not go through, the unpaid balance becomes a mandatory outstanding balance. You will not be permitted to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full. Future Booking After a No-Call, No-Show Once the outstanding balance is paid: The client must pay two deposits to book again: One deposit toward the previous missed service One deposit toward the new service Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please Note Repeated No-Call, No-Shows may result in permanent loss of booking privileges.
